What to Expect

Appointments are 45 minutes.

Dress in loose, comfortable clothing.

I start with looking at postural alignment and joint/soft tissue restrictions that may alter movement patterns in the body. Then, depending on my findings, various pain-free, gentle hands-on techniques are utilized to address your needs. Self-care techniques are instructed to assist with your long-term wellness.

Drink plenty of water after your Wellness session to help flush out toxins that may be released from your tissues.

My office is open by appointment only. NO WALK-INS ARE ACCEPTED. Therefore, my office door is locked at all times until 5 minutes before your appointment.
