Policies

Fees:

Wellness sessions are $115 per session and are 45 minutes.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Cash and personal checks are accepted as payment. There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks. I do not accept credit cards.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance. The records that I keep are for my clinical purposes only and are not shared with anyone. If you would like a receipt for your Wellness session, I can provide that.

Cancellation / "No Show" Policy

Notice of less than twenty-four (24) hours, or a "No-show" will require full payment ($115) for the cancelled or missed session.
